Eligible customers may exercise their applicable statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights within the relevant legal period, generally 14 days for qualifying online purchases in France and the United Kingdom.

Our voluntary refund processing target is 7 days after a refund has been approved, using the original payment method. Mandatory legal deadlines will take precedence where they require an earlier refund or different timing.
